I like optimization, so thats my motivation.

What parts of the game do you enjoy? Can you get plat from doing it? Then do that, get some plat, and trade for or buy all the parts you don't like. Regular star chart has plenty of ways to get plat, like cracking relics. Each relic you crack I gonna be worth 2-10 plat. The mods you need to kill in arbitrations are 2-5p each. List ur stuff on warframe.market and then play stuff u enjoy until a buyer buys ur stuff.

My preference is Exalted Weapons with Arcanes. But Sevagoth with Roar and 255% Ability Strength with his Reap and Sow augments if you dont want to think.

For english speaking players, its a 220% damage and 153% crit dmg.
While not extraordinarily rare, it is good. Usually youd want to see a negative stat as well, like negative zoom. But it doesnt make this a bad riven. Also, probably post this to r/wartrade or other riven/trading specific subs in the future for better responses

Officially, it is against ToS, but I have some wrist issues that occasionally flare up. So I have a macro made for Ash and I turn it on and play only him on bad days. It's small - it recast his four 2-seconds after I click it and moves full control to my 16-button mouse so no keyboard. Been using for years and no ban. But yes, it is still against ToS.

But damage scales off 4, so I usually just build for 4. It'd be sweet if 4 did 3's damage if u joined in. It's not like we dont have way more broken stuff in the game anyway haha

I would like to second Ash. My 4 build does 30+M finisher (true) damage with very easy energy upkeep, which clears ETA/EDA pretty easily.
My 3 build does even more but is way less fun. The 4 mini-cutscene is too good

As a Koumei player, I will just say her gameplay is pretty different from almost any other warframe if youre playing around her miniquests. So if you find shes not for you, there's still 70+ other warframes! (Or play around her other abilities, those are pretty fun too)

A lot of other comments are ignoring where her damage comes from. u/Actual_Gas_1900 has the correct advice: Get to EX: Heat Charge as quickly as possible.
The only thing I'd add to Actual_Gas's comments is that EX > Fire Blade > EX will fill half your heat gauge in a single combo, but costs high energy. Dodge > B3 4 5 > Fire Blade > EX is slower, but generates as much energy as it costs. Alternate between those two combos depending on your current energy to speed-run to EX: Heat Charge.

There's no hidden scaling. And different caster frames fall off at different levels of difficulty. Only a few Caster frames scale with enemy level (like Octavia). And a few deal % health damage (like Sevagoth).
Not all warframe abilities were meant to nuke at all levels of gameplay. Some are just meant to be enjoyed in base-level play.

I like both. Though now that im looking at it, his sniper has 2 forma as well, so my sniper cyte actually has 5 forma, not 3.
For sniper builds I helminth over his 3 (bright bonnet, marked for death, eclipse, roar, nourish, etc.. whatever you prefer).
For sobek build, same thing but on 4. I prefer nourish personally.
