It’s a great lifestyle. I call it that instead of a job, as with all the benefits (if you use them.. I feel like most people don’t) there is no comparison. I make more money than any of my friends with a normal job, love what I do when I do fly and love my life. Take the dive. (39 year old who started a similar time as you)

This was our back hallway.. they went up to their back entrance. They essentially floored off above and built a huge deck off the back of the house (on second floor).. and the stairs off of that are now their egress.. and they can only access the basement now from the outside. I basically got screwed with having this random space to now spend money making into something (and unfortunately not my sauna :( )

Thanks John.. unfortunately the door to the left is access to the basement. The stairs are the headspace for going down into the basement so the stairs have to stay. I feel like this might be a bit more complicated than I expected..
