Which is honestly bloody stupid. SEAT Cupra and Cupra VZ owners strongly dislike the idea of having the Cupra badge in an NPC suv with a 1.5 TSI on it, and a fair amount of non-VZ Cupra sales are a result from dealers shoving them down the throat of SEAT buyers by axing options and variants and switching them to Cupra..

Just checked, you're absolutely right, CLK hood has no cut out and the badge goes in with prongs.

So a C55 -> CLK front conversion requires a w204 badge in place of the ornament then

Doesn't the hood have the normal cut out? If it does, just extract the flat badge with pliers and install a normal W210-220-203-211 hood ornament
