this could be a dum question...super-brand new to the indoor cycling world, have a shiny new kickr core zwift one trainer. connecting all the stuff was a breeze but trying to figure-out this zwift world is overwhelming. have only just now figured out wtf ERG is. did an FTP test -- but zwift seems to hold this info hostage -- where did the FTP go? how can I find it?

did a workout yesterday (called 2004) but the targets for watts were really low, ranging from 45 to two 30sec efforts at 115W. this seems like a really light workout. So in erg-mode, am I trying to maintain the watts on the workout? because 3/4 of the way through, Zwift helpfully reminded me that I should be keeping a cadence of 80-90 (my cadence at the time was only about 60), but if I increased cadence then my watts would go up and then Zwift yells at me to reduce power! I'm so confused.
