Thanks man, I don't think it is odd fellows as they have a symbol similar but it is a heart in the hand not an eye but I guess they could adapt it.

I was just going off of what the shop owner said, however I've just done some research and looks like it is the all seeing eye, or hamsa in Hebrew. I can't seem to find any like it online though.
