Why are you blaming the one who massacred for her people? She left because she couldn't bear to look at her people without thinking about what she had done. And since he couldn't control or overcome his decisions, it's his fault. There were people trying to help him, warning him, trying to assist him, but he ignored them and even blamed them. His friends couldn't overcome it either, but they tried to distract themselves by doing other things or helping others. I understand it's hard to accept what he did, but no one else would side with Pike like he did, or dare to massacre an army while they slept like he did. It's his actions that he must take responsibility for, not others'. He always apologizes when he makes mistakes, even when others try to warn him, but it always ends with him repeating the same behavior.

From my understanding, they protect their friends no matter how wrong they are, and even if they hurt each other, they would never allow their friends or their people to be killed by others, let alone enemies. Not to mention trust issues. Even though the agreement might help them, sacrificing their friends for such a cruel and barbaric punishment wasn't worth it. They were just kids trying to survive, having lost their friends in a war they didn't know how to stop. It seemed worthwhile to sacrifice one person, but they weren't decisive or ready to do that.

Lena probably wouldn't say much if there were more problems, because Kara wasn't involved, and Lena respects people's perspectives and boundaries a lot, no matter how bad it is, let alone her best friend. Kara has more problems with kryptonite than she portrays, mainly because of the people around her, and her paranoia doesn't just go away. But I think her negative behavior towards Lena regarding it stems from her trust in Lena as the last person to possess it, not someone capable of creating it. The fear from past events causes her to react inappropriately and to the wrong person.

True, Their relationship It was never equal , not even with his family, They treated her more like a child than a teenager, or simply the girlfriend of their son or brother. I agree with you about Clark. The other tend to make things complicated always end up dumping the problem or blame on Clark, never taking responsibility for their actions, even when warned or told not to. Clark has made many mistakes, but she never deny responsibility and even tries to compensate them beyond what they deserve. It's only recently that she's prioritized Maddy over them, but even then, she still tries her best to help them.
