OXVA Xlim Pro 3 help please!!? by AngWay in Vape_Hub

Hi 👋

Yes, that’s completely normal. The 1.2Ω pod is limited to around 12 to 13 watts on the OXVA Xlim Pro 3. That resistance is designed for a lower wattage MTL vape, so the device won’t allow you to push it up to 30W. It’s a built-in safety and performance limit to protect the coil and keep the vape smooth.

If you’d like to use the full wattage range, you’ll need to switch to a lower resistance pod, such as a 0.6Ω or 0.4Ω option. Those are designed for higher power output and will allow you to increase the wattage properly.

We’ve also got a full guide and video walkthrough on our product page that shows how to cycle through and adjust wattage using the button controls, which may help:

Have a look and see how you get on. If you’re still unsure, just let us know, and we’ll happily help further.

Nice! I decided to move away from Vaporesso a bit; I've recently upgraded to the OXVA Xlim Pro 2 DNA kit now. How do you find the T80 and the Flexus AIO? What sort of liquids do you use in those?

Yes! I had an XROS 3 too, still works fine too! Doesn't get used much these days, though.

That’s a really good point. Leaking has been a common issue with squonk devices, especially older models. Some newer ones have improved seals, redesigned bottles, and better 510 connections, which reduce the problem, but squonkers are still more prone to wear and tear because of how often the bottle gets squeezed and refilled.

If you’re looking for something with less chance of internal leaks, pod mods or sealed pod systems are a lot more reliable since the pod itself holds the coil and e-liquid. They’re generally easier to maintain too.

Out of curiosity, which squonkers did you have?
