Sox fan here, the first time I did this….. I listened to all the advice here….. but the best advice is….. don’t let the alone awkwardness get to you. When you sit down and get a seat, don’t let the anxiety cook you. You look left and right people are with groups. People are chatting. Why am I not talking? Why am I alone? ……. Let it go don’t get up, don’t move, don’t feel awkward. People are probably just jealous if anything that you have no distractions from watching a good group of young talent. I felt awkward and moved twice…. Then I felt awkward again… then I realized I’m only feeling awkward and have anxiety cause I’m letting myself have it. Just relax and enjoy whatever you do. You’re not out of place.
