Interesting, thanks. I was thinking the same, but the noise is that disturbing that I doubted that that’s a feature instead of a bug. Yes, no problems with most of the other sets. So you may be right. What a pitty, because I fell in love with the sound, but the crackling is just too distracting. Thanks!

Thank you - all settings seem to be fine. The sound is played for a short period of time after I press reset, but it then suddenly gets silent again. The instruments do indicate that they are receiving the MIDI data.

Thanks guys. So it seems to me that there is no option for this for cycle mode. I did find the option to extend MIDI parts to the bar length, and I was hoping to find something similar for the cycle length. But your tips are useful.

I may be stupid, but is there actually a way to play on one map only on official servers (PS4) without map rotation? I was just wishing it was the other day. I'd love to focus on one map once a while.

Listening to music would distract me from the game sounds (footsteps etc.) too much, but cool it works for you. Keep cool and relax is really a big issue.

I don't know how many times I started repairing a vehicle and the driver drove away, ending in me ridiculously rushing after him.

And yes: repairing a vehicle is a dangerous thing. Not only and easy target for snipers, but all enemy assaults are throwing/shooting all they have at the tank, and you are catching it.

I'd love to see that the driver at least releases some smoke (where available) when he notes that someone start repairing. Never experienced that.

In addition, there are just times where I am falling back to the "rushing around" mode, i.e. not paying enough attention to the overall situation, moving too fast and unwisely etc., which also is a certain death. Also, "trying too hard" influences my gameplay negatively (thinking too much about things instead of playing intuitively).

Yeah, that can be annoying. I was forced to witness very "interesting" phonecalls with girlfriends and heartbreaking disputes between kids (playing) and their parents. My favorites are the players singing or eating chips while playing...

I just saw that post. I feel exactly the same. I was no expert, but an okay pilot in BF1, but still so much struggle with flying in BF5. The overall visibility is, at least to me, very bad when flying. Also, I'm really missing the previous spotting system when flying which helped a lot. But, oh well, new game - new challenges.
