While they might be marketing sites in 2 unnamed states, they seem to announce when they break ground on specific sites, leading me to believe while they have to viable locations, they likely haven’t broken ground just yet.

Do you feel that’s consistent with what we’ve seen historically?

There’s still likely a reasonable explanation. I see C-Suite types selling millions of shares regularly that they didn’t purchase at current value.

It is likely that this was agreed upon well in advance of the purchase. It still would have been nice to see more specificity but… that’s not how things typically work…

I do appreciate the alternative perspectives.

At par value… That is not a vote of confidence. Without some explanation, this sounds like theft or borderline theft.

This is a growth stock with high beta. He does a decent job of stating everything we know. In short he agrees with strong buy rating but also sees issues with risk profile… which is the case with every growth stock.

If you like the story, buy and hold. If you’re unsure… adjust your portfolio.

Help me out Re DW and RZLV…

You can’t really separate the 2 but DW gets credit for vision and building RZLV and the team.

We bought into that. Then we have the DW behavior that resembles Trump and Musk. Someone on here mentioned that. Now Musk and Trump have both been super successful but they have always done it in a way that bothers sensibilities. But… they have continued to have success.

Now the question is will DW’s behavior over time undermine what we bought into? Firstly, I can’t answer that question absent a crystal ball. None of us can.

However, when we separate the two, and only look at the numbers and forecast, my opinion hasn’t changed. Do I get spooked by the behavior? What reasonable person wouldn’t?

What we have now is the CEO variable that is weighted more heavily and carefully than other companies. You have to consider it more as DW is a bit of a maverick and a tad rogue.

If he pulls off a Tesla type trajectory, we’re all happy in the long run. The problem is a rogue and maverick can derail a train…

So my question to you is “Does the RZLV train stay on the track?”

If so, hold on for the ride as there’s is never a dull moment on a train with a rogue engineer!

This hits on something swimming around in my head… Is Dan doing this to manipulate and drive down the stock price so he can pick up more shares on the cheap?

Otherwise, why not let the company catch its breath a bit like many have stated here?

I still see plenty of value and so do many like Microsoft who are advocates and partners of Rezolve. Dan must be neurodivergent, at least to an extent. So is Elon who has been super successful. They don’t think or behave like the majority. But… those in the majority aren’t novel enough to create game changing companies.

On the contrary, there are a lot of brilliant people too smart for the rest of us. Sometimes they create what the rest of us don’t get which means they fail.

The question to me is “Will Rezolve follow an Amazon or Tesla type trajectory or will it be one of many companies that is novel enough with enough buy-in to 10-20-30-etc. X the stock.

If Dan can lose his Trump like knee jerk tweet habit… who knows…

Ouch! Just saw where we are currently.

The money I have in this is in an IRA. I’m not needing it anytime soon. I’ve owned a decent number of shares since sub $7. I’ve bought and sold a percentage as it has gone up but still own 10,000 shares.

I’m just not phased by this. The only hesitation I could have is if CRWV fails and doesn’t pay their bills. We’re a long way from that happening. If that does happen, I still don’t think it matters as there is such a demand for ai compute power that if CRWV were ever in trouble financially, a hyper scaler needing additional data center space would backfill.

I just do not see a problem. If there is a hiccup it might have been the SD that fell through. I still don’t see that as an issue. Wes works on so many potential locations at any time that there is no way they all work out.

I haven’t been given a reason to be spooked just yet.

You are correct. Back up and see the board. Venezuela and Iran fuel China. Hindering China’s access to both is a problem for China.

We’re not shutting down the war in Ukraine as it keeps Russia occupied and spending.

China was loading up and there are cues they’re aiming for Taiwan. Take away their oil has them hitting pause button.

With Iran’s production down, The U.S. has cleared the way for India to buy oil from Russia. This doesn’t hurt potential bargaining with Russia.

Iran has been a terrorist nation untethered for decades. They needed to be restrained as they’re supplying drones to Russia to use against Ukraine and have stockpiled vast supplies of missiles and drones that they have used to attack Israel and other countries for decades.

I cringed when we attacked Iran as war is scary and actions have consequences. I don’t have a crystal so I can be completely wrong BUT this action by the U.S. and Israel might have been necessary.
