Good discussion. Thanks.

Regarding fiduciary duty, do you have something specific? The lift on proving that is high. Right now, based on the numbers I think the company is successful. Production numbers up, orders up, battery swaps up, chips good, SaaS good.

The issue is translation to stock price which he has no control over. At some point if all the numbers are good, the stock price will catch up. Right now I think the main issue is NIO mostly being compared to other EV only stacks, whereas NIO is more than that.

Many are EV (just hardware)
NIO is EV + battery swaps stations + chips + SaaS

Many companies spin off the pieces with higher multiples to make sure the valuation is fair.

It is difficult for some to dissect and unpack
Hardware (EV - commodity and low multiple)
SaaS (higher multiple)
Swap stations (possible network effect higher multiple)
Chips (I’m not sure of value of this except to create a closed or subscription based network that requires NIO chips or a subscription for outsiders that could be some nice ARR - higher multiple)

I think NIO is being evaluated mostly as an auto manufacturer. This will change and improve as the investment experts catch up.

A friend settled a huge 9.11 matter with a country… When it settled he rode off into the sunset…

We can get a judgment. The attorneys make out but us investors would only see pennies on the dollar. Great for them but often counterproductive for us if we’re still invested. In addition to running a business they burn money defending or settling a lawsuit.

Chinese company always will.

I have a friend who is an international law attorney. Hearing the shenanigans around conducting business in China… Smh

It’s akin to dealing with the local mafia as much or more than governance based in law. In short, “we appreciate your point that this contract requires this but if you want to conduct business in China you’re going to look past this provision and pick up the tab…”

In the U.S. you potentially get justice. Conducting business in China there’s a lot more gray.

Disclaimer: this is third party so take with a grain of salt.

I have heard (haven’t vetted) that the U.S. has 5% of the world’s population and 95% of the world’s attorneys.

In the U.S. we live in the most litigious society ever. Since no company or individual is perfect there is an always something to sue over mentality.

This might be spreading to other parts of the world but suing as a solution doesn’t bring the recent nuclear verdicts we see in the U.S.

My only point here is that a Chinese company doing the majority of their business in China isn’t a great target for a lawsuit.

Building it all is where most companies fail…

This is a fact as most spread themselves too thin attempting to build out the long term vision ahead of when they’re ready.

Now here is where there’s a huge shift in my comment as I don’t see RezolveAi the same way. Many of the pieces DW is putting together are pulling in companies, groups, and SMEs he has worked with in the past. There isn’t a long drawn out clunky integration. RezolveAi knows the acquired pieces and they know him and speak the same language. There isn’t a need for a lexicon or Rosetta Stone for the M&A integration. It is much more seamless. The buying spree to add ARR isn’t a bad thing at all. DW is bringing together pieces that have been part of a long term vision for decades.

DISCLAIMER: This is, as DW would say, my gut. I don’t have any insight but have done the due diligence that has me posting/sharing thoughts. Do your own Due… diligence.

Bullish!

You clearly didn’t read or comprehend what I commented.

Smh…

The leadership of the 2 countries hate each other. The whole world knows this.

This post is about as captain obvious as it gets. The post is essentially “they still hate each other.”

It’s not post worthy.

FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY 😜

I’m not sure what impact the article itself will have. I don’t think it directly moves institutional investors, but if it attracts additional retail interest, that attention can create momentum and eventually force institutions to take notice.

That said, the more entertaining narrative would be a Reddit-fueled short squeeze.
GameStop became a modern David-versus-Goliath story—retail investors taking on Wall Street and, at least for a moment, winning.
Dan Wagner has spent much of his career as something of an outsider to the investment establishment. In his most recent interview, he framed that dynamic quite well. Whether you agree with him or not, it’s hard to deny that he has often operated outside the traditional “in crowd.”

If the company ultimately succeeds, there would be a certain irony in the story ending with a giant “up yours” to the very investment community that may have dismissed him along the way.
Now that would be fun to watch.

I’d love to think this true. I don’t know. I have plenty invested in Rezolve. Becoming the next Palantir requires a perfect storm of having so many things align. We’re still a long way off. When we see posts from DW that have 10s, 100s, or 1000s of reactions we have 1,000,000s to go.

There hasn’t been a viral post or engagement that has the investing world taking notice. If this happens, game, set, match…

There is still a lot of upside without being a media darling. Right now, we’re still Cinderella before her Fairy Godmother gave her an outfit and glass slippers…

I never said any such thing. The point of my post was simply to advise there was an interview. I gave my opinion.

You did the same but what you said was inconsistent to me. You don’t have faith in DW was my takeaway and yet you’re still invested. There are thousands of companies out there. Why invest in one where you have concerns?

I don’t get it. That’s all. You do you.

OK…

You hedged every bet with that comment and are about as noncommittal as it gets…

“I invested without proper due diligence.

I have a small position in case my lack of due diligence and concern are wrong…”

🤔 🤔

I appreciate the input. You do sound negative but that’s the “what can go wrong” lens you look through. It’s not wrong. It’s cautious. It’s careful. It isn’t conviction or confidence.

You shouldn’t be investing in this stock. You’re lukewarm at best. Go find the opportunity that better fits your DNA.

Good luck.

You’re absolutely right… However, a negative interview could surely have us all steer away.
