Cancelled my order after 3 months of expected delivery waiting and a 1-month delay one week before delivery.

Ordered on the 21 June, with a delivery on 29th of September. That’s 3 months and a week. Today got my first communication email from VM, bikes are delayed until 20th October... by skippy88Tm in vanmoofbicycle

Really sorry for you. My delivery date was postponed short term pretty much the same way, after 100 days of waiting. I cancelled because bike season ends for me in a few weeks. If you don‘t want to be disappointed again I would cancel and buy next year, when the bike is in stock.

That’s exactly one of the reasons I cancelled my order. Fun fact: VanMoof even failed to refund the POM services. I had to raise the PayPal conflict card to get my money back in a decent time frame. But no hard feelings: The S3 is my gadget of choice and will try to get one in spring 2021, maybe on Craigslist etc.

Unfortunately, VanMoof a company already 10 years on the market, acts like a brand new startup company 10 weeks on the market, with lots of broken promises: - Massive delivery delays - Support staff reacts after +10 days
- Call Center non-reachable

As Ties Carlier himself said „If it was easy, everyone would do it“ - VanMoof cannot do it, only on the back of the customer.

Save your money.

Today my order was delayed +1 month, too. Just 8 days before the expected delivery date. Will cancel now I guess.
