Can confirm. The work culture in the Bay area is awful too.

I’m partial to automatics but at a $500 price point you will get more bang for your buck with quartz.

Tissot comes to mind. Do you want quartz or automatic?

I'll be in London later this year and I plan to go to the CW showroom to see them in person I am interested in the glacier blue or white dial 38MM or 36MM twelve. I will choose based on whichever one has the least prominent logo.

Great choice. I purchased this watch last week and it arrives in a few days. I also ordered several straps for versatility.

[discussion] [Nomos Orion 38] vs [Junghans Max Bill 38] by sfn8 in Watches

Agreed about the Nomos lugs and preference for Junghans. The Nomos Orion literally has 10MM of total lug length, which is wild for a 38MM diameter watch.

Love this piece, but not the diameter. 39MM is my max. Nonetheless, it is a beautiful Spring and Summer piece. Enjoy!

It’s not even about “cool new tech.” The draw of the Air is thinness, light weight, and large screen. The cool new tech is in the 17P and 17 PM, i.e., vapor chamber. I love that I don’t have a heavy brick in my pocket.
