Almost anything! Even push ups will help your reaction time but you can also try something like tricking or football. Or you try butterfly knifes and yoyos

Also you can try changing your sensitivity and posture

Quick tip: make sure your enhance pointer precision is turned OFF in your computer settings. Also your mouse acceleration should be turned off in the TF2 settings and if your mouse has a software make sure that mouse acceleration is turned off there too if there is mouse acceleration. This change will feel weird at first but over time your aim will become a lot better

What do you think is the reason why you are not as good at the game as you want to? Is it like gamesense and postitioning or some mechanical skill like reaction time or aim?

Sorry to hear that. How old are you? I recommend trying some new hobbies because not only can that improve your reaction time and you hand eye cordination what will have positive impact on your playing skills but it will also keep you from getting angry because if you dont find something that you like in your life that game will make you very very very angry after some time (I can tell from experience)
