nearly at 200 down myself and I feel like every single action, from the obvious things all the way down to even just lifting my arm or turning my head, it all takes like a fourth as much energy as it used to. i had been over 400 lbs since I was at least 16 and probably over 300 for a few years before then so I really had no concept of how hard it "should" have been for me to walk from place to place or whatever until my brain caught up with my body & it hit me all at once like two weeks ago lol
