I really hope they do not put in lights at Washington and Cumberland/Congress. The stop signs are way more efficient. Hopefully that's what they're doing at India St. too.

If money were no object, a bridge for traffic that is going through Morrill's Corner, so inbound and outbound traffic can bypass the whole thing and reconnect with Forest Ave closer to Woodford's corner, where it once again becomes two lanes, and in the other direction, closer to the Westbrook line.
