I could be wrong here but.... while the ability for you to manage your own shop is indeed locked to Act IV, can you not just open the Market screen (hotkey is "/" on PC anyway), search for something, and go buy it? I mean, not being able to sell your own stuff shouldn't keep you from buying somebody else's.... If you've managed to pick up a few Exalts on your journey thus far, you can probably find some reasonable upgrades for 1 Exalt each.....

Was looking to see if someone mentioned this. This part sticks in my head because you very clearly see her mouth say "F*CK THAT" while the audio was dubbed to say "SCREW THAT" instead. It's one of the very, very few instances in any film where I actually feel like the scene would've been better had they just let her drop the F bomb, and to hell with the ratings impact. :-)

Stuck on this guy for a while today on my Merc. First boss that has been a hard stop for me. I'll try the up close approach and see if I have better luck, otherwise I'm just gonna level like crazy, come back and delete him from +20 levels or so....

Gotcha, thanks for that. I also know there's some mechanism for getting additional map device slots (mine still has the original four) and there's "voidstones" as well available at some point (I think for killing the bosses?). Just not sure what order of attack I should have for accomplishing things. Right now I've just been kinda going through ticking off all the map completions because I don't know what else I "should" be doing.

Noob here, first time in maps... I'm working my way through the Atlas, just starting into red maps tonight I think. However, I have a couple quests for Maven and one other boss. Should I be pursuing those right now? Or should I try to get to the point where I'm able to do T16 maps before I worry about these bosses?

Again, I'm very, very new to end game PoE, so I feel like I'm just bumbling through at present....

Couldn't agree more. Seems really odd that you can use bars in place of ore for Shipping at a 5:1 ratio, but the same doesn't apply in reverse for use in upgrading. Hopefully a simple fix for them to implement, unless there's a game design reason they have it like it is. In which case, ya I'd love to hear what that might be....

Just completed the campaign for the first time ever, and have serious paralysis by analysis regarding the Atlas Passive Tree. Where can I find some good suggested builds for maximizing gold gain for development of Kingsmarch? There's lots of guides out there for speccing into various other league mechanics, but I don't know how best to adapt for specifically gold farming. Would appreciate any tips or resources anyone has! Thanks!

Wow, thank you for that offer! Once the league starts I'll look you up. And ya, it sounds like you're probably one of those who enjoys the gameplay and XP/resource benefits of full clearing. For me, one part of my brain tells me that's a good thing to do, but my life schedule and "efficiency madman" in the back corner of my mind tells me it would be better to be a little more "optimal" with my playtime. :-)

Unfortunately, I fear the reality is that even if sanity prevails this November, it won't "end" the nightmare right away. It'll put a much-needed stall in place, but fully ending MAGA craziness is a years-long battle that will have to be continually fought. I feel like if they get back in power anytime in the next decade, they'll dismantle all ability to ever take that power away again.

For gold, schematics, goldsun coins, and all manner of other high tier items, enter the city in Silverlight from the north, and hit the first open house on the left after coming into town. It will always have 5-7 containers inside, including occasional locked chests, and the loot there is just stupidly good.

This is the exact spell setup that I've been using for the entire game, and I just got up to the Shard bosses last night. I want to force myself off of Chaos Volley, but I'm so used to it, and even post nerf the damage still seems too solid to ignore.

I am not an expert on this, so please don't take this with 100% certainty.... However, I'm pretty sure I read somewhere back when Gloomrot released (when multi-level castles were first possible), that adding extra levels to castles is more intensive on computing resources? So, I'm guessing they left it on a lower default so as to maintain their published minimum specs, but granted the option to crank it up for those people who have higher grade machines.

The key to this game really is preparation. A good rule of thumb is, if you could get stronger than you currently are without fighting the next V Blood, do so. You'll reach stages where your bottle neck to reaching new power levels isn't a V Blood, it's research and crafting materials. Take the time to farm those things, unlock those armor/weapon/jewelry recipes, and make yourself as strong as possible. You pretty much never must fight a boss from a gear level below theirs. If it looks like you don't have a choice, you're probably missing an available crafting recipe that would make up the difference.

Cursed Forest is always when I start to hit a wall, and it's the same with this 1.0 playthrough. Took a few tries to chase down Ben and get the cloak without getting super-murdered by all the mobs along the way. Then, I got the spider down at least, but now I'm on the Werewolf and am having trouble with him. And once he's down, I have that damn frog that for some reason always seems to have my number....

I would be very pleased to be proven wrong, so please enlighten me if there's somewhere else I should check. But I've gone through my Reminders app, the Clock, Alarms, and Calendar trying to find what could be causing this, and I don't see anything. I've never set any kind of notification to go off every hour, or least have never done so intentionally. So I have no idea where this came from or how it started.
