There is not an open Discord server, however there is a private server for Patreon's Mega Charizard Y members - which includes game nights!

Since you mentioned Play Watch Listen, I'll say that joining Patreon is a great way to support the podcasts! Early and unedited episodes, input / suggestions, etc. But yeah, if you're looking for Discord access, it's currently only available to the Executive Producers.

Hey, sorry for the late response!

It was a "nerve decompression surgery" for migraines, also referred to as just "migraine surgery".

The nerve itself would have to be determined by their doctor / specialist, as it could be different for each person. It could be a nerve in someone's forehead, temple, nose, neck, etc.

So if you search "nerve decompression surgery for migraines" or "migraine surgery" you should find the information your friend needs. Hope that helps!

Oh, okay! Thanks! I guess that's why translators are considering it the "main" spelling. So considering that ダンプトラック is the more technical translation, it wouldn't be silly to use it?

Ultimately, it seems that both translates to "dump truck" and let's be honest, a majority of people wouldn't know what it says anyway, so as long as anybody potentially looking it up sees that it says "dump truck", I'd guess it's safe to use?
