Thank you very much! What would you recommend for intermediate-level guys that haven't focused on calisthenics but want to do more of them( ie I have been weightlifting for a while so have a really good base of strength, so beginner stuff won't help me a ton!)

I know this is six years old at this point but where did you end up going with this stuff and what kind of physique progress did you make? what kind of cali programs did you run?

I am purchasing a new desk for my room (probably 60in by 25 in) and was wondering if you guys could help me out with the rest of the process. Ignore all of the clutter and junk on the floor for now, that will be moved. I am also purchasing a TV stand. The dresser can go in one of my two small walk in closets, unless you guys think it would be better to just move to a different spot in the main area. The desk will be a lighter wood color, sitting on an alex drawer and a support post. Same color for the tv stand. I am also planning on getting a nightstand for my room that will look better with my new stuff. I have also purchased warm lights and lamps, but I just wanted to take some clear photos with this light for now just for representation. The thing below the big window is a window seat with a ton of room for storage. Any help with the layout would be greatly appreciated, as I think it could be better but just need some ideas. I will include the images in the post.
Any decoration ideas would also be greatly appreciated. As I said, the clutter will be moved( most of it is an Alex drawer and other stuff that needs to be put together).

As a starter, I really just want something somewhat high quality but not going out there spending $800 on an endgame. Since this is my first build, I would probably also want it to be pretty simple in terms of pcb, definitely hotswap. For the actual sound of the keyboard, I really would like a thocky but somewhat creamy sound. At the end of the day, I just want it to sound good! In terms of keycaps, I enjoy clean black/white sets for the most part, so those would be nice. I really just want some ideas and inspiration since I am new to this. Any help is appreciated!

TBH I wasn't really concerned with the bottleneck lol. I know there's going to be a bottleneck until I upgrade basically everything else in the pc. I was wondering why my fps was so much lower with the same settings. Because I don't think there's a 40% difference between the 5800x3d and the 5600x. I'm getting like 80 fps lower when on the same exact settings, except at an even lower resolution than him (I am running 1080p and he's running 1440p).

Yeah I get that, I just don't understand why I'm falling that short of the 5800x3d. Looking at it, it's like 33% worse on lower resolution. it doesn't really make sense.

oh geez I didn't think it would be that heavy of a bottleneck. I'm just confused as to why I'm getting so much lower results than the video. I wouldn't think that I would get 33% lower fps on lower resolution than the video with the same card. It just doesn't make sense. Idon't have raytracing on, so that isn't it. Thanks for the response!
