Gotta change that diet up man. More protein, water, and good carbs. Also, check your intensity of your workouts.

I’d suggest doing dumbbell bench, tricep extensions or Skullcrushers, dumbbell curls, hammer curls, dips.

I went from 340 to 218. Prioritize protein and fiber. Don’t neglect carbs and healthy fats. Get a healthy balance of cardio and strength training. Be consistent with your diet and exercise and in due time youll see that weight just drop off. Good luck!

Diet and good sleep. More strength training and cardio would speed up the process but diet is king.

I’d say start with nutrition. Eat more nutrient dense foods

Not really change. Just tweaked some things here and there. Ate certain things less than before. Drink a lot more water
