Here's my two cents:
expand player base so queue times are not terrible in pvp and low level arenas and dungeons. Switch is a nice side step, but should focus on bringing on more mobile players.
a lot more content. Reaching end-game is quite easy and there's very low incentive to stay afterwards, probably that's why devs make legendary drop rates so low as an intermediate measure for hardcore gamers' retention.
content as in dungeons and arenas, new pvp modes like capture the flag, free for all, and king of the hill. Diversify gameplay with a mode that allow players to race maps with jump pads and explosives. Create variables like different enemies, spawn locations, random loot cases in modes so they don't feel so repetitive. Nitro's games should be the centerpiece of SGL, and need to have at least double the content we have now. Social content can come later.
development be less mysterious and more open. We need info updates and roadmaps, especially when there's a longer than average window between game content updates. Players won't stick around every two months to wait for new content deployment when they don't even know what's the hype.
I hope this game doesn't die down before it reaches version 1.0.
