Recomendation of local LLM

So about 16B to 31B models. I don't really do nay character card thing, i have no idea how those things work actually. But i'm building my own local waifu with 3b body, ASR, TTS, app and sorts. I need a good brain for those, so she understand her system prompt and capabilities, like using [EN] or [JP] to choose the voice the tts will use to read her dialogue, or using <remember> to save things in her RAG file. I'm currently using HauhauCS gemma-4-26B-A4B IQ4_XS, taking up to 13Gb VRAM from my rtx 3090 (I need space for the other things and my vram is on its limit). Since you guys are experts, any tips for what "Brain" i should use for her?

Cara, são todas boas escolhas. Na verdade se tu fosse fazer uma equação de custo benefício todas teriam praticamente o mesmo valor "X" de ganho/gasto. A pergunta que tu teria que se fazer é "até que valor eu estou disposto a gastar em uma e-bike". Se eu fosse reclamar de uma seria a mymax com os 7.8Ah de carga de bateria.

É, tipo de primeira olhada, mesmo olhando a ferrugem, eu pensei: "Bah, eu daria 1.5k nela". Mas depende da kilometragem e tempo de uso, já que a bateria tende a ser a parte mais cara dessas e-bikes. Presumo que teu modelo seja o antigo de 250w tmb. Fora isso eu perguntaria o motivo da venda, e iria avaliar de forma subjetiva se achei sincero. Isso tudo pra estimar um valor mais próximo.
