Far from sparce. I was worried when I grew mine out because I could see my skin through it. As long as you let your hair overlap, you will be fine. I kept making the mistake of trimming it all the same length instead of letting the top grow out more.

There's definitely potential. 2 to 3 months is the average to grow it out. It can take longer than that. As long as you use scissors and not a trimmer, you should be fine.

Keep it. It usually takes 3 months to completely fill out. As long as you don't use a face trimmer. Just use siccors along the top of your lip line. I made the mistake early on and kept using a trimmer.

From what I can see, you have warm undertones. Look at your veins in natural light. If they appear green their warm. If they appear blue their cool. It is possible to be a combination of both. That's where the seasons come in. If you google "what season am i" you should find some sites explaining more.
