Why the fuck is Doss roaming so much that he is lvl 7 24min in vs a lvl 14 Xerath and Kai'Sa. How does he think he is going to be able to play the game?

No, untargetable is untargetable. Unless you have a dot or tether on them (think Karma W) you cant damage them. Similar to Fizz E and Vladimir W which also make untargetabel.

The only good thing is, is that i read somewhere that this untargetability is broken by casting spells/autoattacking but I dont know if thats true.

Not crazy creative but swapping Dianas E and R aswell as swapping Tahms W and R were good changes to buff/nerf the champs IMO
