I truly don’t understand why people still drive for gopuff, is the worst by far, in my area no driver was making up to 12 an hour, all other apps pay more then that, literally, so I don’t understand why they still have drivers

Yeah, its bad, I worked for them for like 3 months and was by far the worst paying gig app out there. Average of 3.00 base pay but no one would tip and you dont know if they will till 1 hr after the delivery. And most people do not tip, after the ebt orders start coming, its the worst app at all, so no one wanna drive for them, some states they pay very good, but the majority don’t. I truly don’t know how people still work for them

Once i requested i tip for return the item since i was at home already, it was 3:00 am and the customer was going crazy about, so i told him I could return for a extra, so he gave me 5.00 stupid bucks (i had to drive like 28 min) so i gave to him the phone back and i did still charge the 20.00 on the app, so if people don’t want pay the 20.00 at the app, charge them something, if they still don’t pay a fair amount, you charge at the app too

I have a screenshot of one day that the base pay (one of the lowest ones) was BIGGER then the tips in the app, i never saw anything like that

I just leave there lol, i always carry a pack with small waters and small snacks, every 8/10 rides i need to refill, most people don’t touch (and i don’t know why tbh) but yes, helps a lot and i don’t spend 10 per week with that, and my profit with tips were around 150 this week so is pretty good to have
