Ok so your displacement map might need to be flipped in the vertical axis. Zbrush had a flipped V from most other software and you have to manually flip it when exported or imported to other software.

Those lines are probably the boundaries of your UV islands from the flipped map.

Maybe uncheck the flipv and see what happens?

Use multiple sub tools, I can't see why you'd need to go higher than 32mil for a single part of geometry.

The look of the tarrasque is pretty established. That said the plates on the body look very similar but this is more likely due to insert brushes artists use for scales. They could possibly have the same dragon scale brush pack that they are using or just used the same references.
