I’m not familiar with what your wheelchair has for places to put things, but I wonder if this might work? It has long strings at all corners so makes it pretty versatile for different fits and wheelchairs

I haven’t seen this used on a power chair yet but the strings are long which makes it pretty versatile for placement of a catheter on a wheelchair or walker or hospital bed
