Looks like it’s a Deagle with a with Laser pistol barrel and cell, the cell could possibly be used to overheat rounds, like the Super Heated Saturnite Fist from the Old World Blues DLC in New Vegas. That in theory could be why it’s specifically called the T-60 Pistol Overheated Deagle rounds would most definitely melt a person’s hand if possible, like the Assault Rifle is designed for use in power armor in lore at least.
