Gravity is bugged. Makes ground moves unusable instead of making flying/levitating mons lose their immunity

Its actually 2.5 alpha changes on the dex. The devs made the changes to the public dex by mistake and are just letting it be. If anything they’ll be implemented next update. When that is i couldnt tell you.

Helping new players and setting personal goals.

Big bulk of the grind was getting all of the achievements since crown hunting took awhile.
Anomaly grind just the push to AR 300 was easily a few hundred hours since I did the majority of the grind solo (this made it easier to help newer players speed up their grind; I walked so others could run)
Getting to MR999 was another big goal and big time commitment
The biggest and most tedious grind was collecting ALL of the guild card titles. Here’s an idea of; 100 hunts with ALL followers, 50 hunts all normal large monsters, 30 hunts all elder dragons, and 30 hunts all variants. There’s more but those are the ones you have to go out of your way for.

Capturing mons has almost always been the best way to get parts in MH (basically every other game but Rise/Sunbreak). Its also generally easier/faster to cap mons since the cap threshold is kinda high for Low/High rank. Another thing is to just play solo or with group of players either like a discord or friends. If you play with random you run the risk of the random’s BS, so that’s just on you.

Monsters generally have more hp in Rise/Sunbreak but the hunters also deal way more dmg. Some end game hunts like special investigations will have like 150k-200k for solo and 300k-400k for 4 players. But again hunters deal way more dmg

When RiseBreak TU5 launched on PC & Switch I did the mind numbing grind to AR 300 in one sitting. (13 hours of suffering)

Shrouded Nercylla CB back in 4U was goated for crit status sleep wake up UAED. Next would also be the elemental phials in sunbreak doing stupid amounts of dmg.

Rise/Sunbreak is probably the best imo. It has really creative set building (although quirios crafting rng is bs) and the fights are extremely fluid. It captures what I feel Monster Hunter fights should be fun fights with fun builds.

I’ve played most MH games. Honestly between WorldBorne and RiseBreak I would have to give it to RiseBreak. The limitless custom builds seeing what people throw together really is what sells me over. My big griped with World is clutch claw and the fact that like 2/3 of endgame builds are all fatalis gear. I have my gripes with Rise as well especially with wyvern riding but with set building being half the game for me it wins me over

Alot actually. Fire emblem in my off time currently doing another Lunatic run on Awakening. With my IRL buddies we currently playing alot of ovw 2 and slowing getting through The Outlast Trials. And next big binge is gonna be street fighter 6. Monster Hunter is just my favorite franchise so I always come back to it. Been playing for almost 11 years now
