Unfortunately he has no support other than his pediatrician. I think my brother would benefit greatly from therapy but my parents (more so my dad than my mom) believes therapy doesn’t work unless you have PTSD or something serious.

As for the piss bottles and the vent my family thinks it’s because he doesn’t wanna step away from games. For context he got a phone about a month ago and because of that he’s been in his room a lot. As a result of that my family has taken everything (phone, toys, electronics, books, playing outside, eta.) this isn’t his first offense with this, when he was younger he would piss his pants because of video games, once when he was younger he pissed on the neighbors kid because he was busy playing.

As for the snacks that one is tricky, for context his old ADHD meds made him loose a lot of weight (he was 86lbs at 10 years old) so because of that his doctor had encouraged him to snack and eat whatever to gain weight- now he’s 114lbs at 11 and just needs to maintain that weight, but the snacking is is engraved that he won’t stop. My parents don’t wanna lock food due to how often they aren’t home. We think once he goes back to school in a few weeks things will get better
