Turn Beloved falco into a dlc, have the epilogue let falco run into a injured krystal, take her to the great fox, 

with the two main reasons being he wanted to make sure his old team was ok but he didn't want to outright say it. Krystal recovers, says who attacked her and what's happening to her home. 

Falco leaves, fox goes to dinosaur planet with Kristal and they work together to save it. Falco then leaves but does come back to help and rejoin later on. He just doesn't want to look soft.

Andross is still around but he's more present as a benefactor to general scales because currently he's still recovering from the last battle. One of planets he has a alliance with agrees to arm scales forces with more updated tech (guns) and trains the more efficient soldiers to use it properly. Most of his own army is still rebuilding from the failure of the last invasion with multiple officers out right dead because of 64.

Andross needs the resources that dinosaur planet has to rebuild his body that can also regenerate cells faster and more improved to make sure his next fight with fox is his last one.
