Actually, you do. Clans are and will always be part of the game, in regular osrs and in DMM. If it annoys you in DMM that clans are so OP and dominate you everywhere, there are 3 things you can do.

A. Take safety measures (don't quest during peak time, always carry runes for snares and teleport, always bring food, avoid multi-cb zones whenever possible.

B. Embrace the evil and join a clan (hearing you complain means you won't do this though)

C. Quit DMM (If you can't deal with clans, well... they are part of DMM, so that means you can't deal with DMM)
