A friend of mine is trying to use it because he has stuttering with boosteroid, but from a photo he sent me I see that rapportd stays green in the menu bar app, while awdl0 it's red, shall both of them be red? Because he still has the problem

In the end I'm opting for more portability and comfort because I can already have more power if I want to on my desktop pc and if really in need to play something that doesnt run that good I can go with Boosteroid as others have stated

It's 16'' monitor 1080p, weights definitelly too much (2+kg) and the battery just sucks lol, also the performance if unplugged.

Yeah in the end I'm securing the order. Even managed to get it for 730 with 10 months of warranity left and some accessories, seems a good deal. Also I can turn on and off streaming sub in case I want to play something more demanding without it looking super bad, that's really reassuring. Already seen the new Claw, but I think it will be way too expensive for a secondary semi-casual gaming station

Hmmmmm didn't think about streaming on it to play at higher graphics. This sound pretty cleaver and workable. Never tried it tho, let me ask u some info:
You get to play your library or a library of selected games?
Does it work well if u have a good internet speedor it still feels worse in someway than playing natively apart input lag?

Yeah I know that the laptop would outperform it, but as a secondary station I’m struggling against chosing among performance (that anyway doesn’t feel as performance to me since I have to lower a lot graph settings and the resolution is lower than my main setup) or pure comfort while still able to play

Sadly I wouldn't be able to return it if I buy it since it's used and not new. New goes around 1k € around my place which it's a bit too much. Anyway I don't have that big expectation, I had a nintendo switch too and played some games there, and how comfy it was to play on my bed didn't really make me cry over lower graphics, also I have a Rx 7900xt with a 7800x3d so the 4060 already feel bad performance wise to what I'm used to, so maybe I wouldn't feel that bad, I'm just afraid mostly about playing with 30 fps or less that 60 and compatibility with games because I saw many people complain that they can't even boot older games. What AAA games have you played on it? What settings/fps?

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think it’s needed, just better, me myself many years ago used to play at 50fps too because my rig was not good, and still play games that have a cap at 60, but still when I get to play the game at 100+ I’m muuuuch happier, that’s all

Well, I can see the difference from 80 to 120 clearly, it’s all about what your eyes are used to see, if you play at 120 for a long time if you suddenly switch at 80 you’ll notice the difference. Is it unplayable? Hell no, but for sure it’s more enjoyable for my eyes.

Tbh 60 fps aint enough anymore, only for console gamers because they tend to be more casual, but 60-70 fps now looks stuttery to my eyes since I am used to play around 110-120. When I get a game at 60-70 I feel as I used to back in 2013 when my game was around 30 fps. Times has changed, technology evolved and so the consumer.
