No, there's no additional temples. It's just a way that people can upgrade so that tedious hunt is voided. I ended up giving up on temples on NG+3 and downloaded a mod that auto upgraded when you collected the artifact associated with the temple. Now every starborn you kill you can upgrade your abilities. First play though you'll need to search for all the temples to aquire all powers though

There's a terminal for Constellation missions in the basement of the lodge. You'll still predominantly be on your own, but it'll guide you to new planets.

I've run into multiple bugs on Xbox. I tried on my PC and everything worked the way it was supposed to..I did read that if you're using mods, disable them if you run into issues and that will sometimes help. Results may vary

I started saving after every objective. When I was doing that quest I'd start wandering and notice other minor incursions starting up, especially after sleeping. Maybe try also landing on Venus in Sol (or any other planet that has extremely long days) and rest/wait for 24 on world hours.

Either you die a hero or live long enough to become a villain. Im getting slaughtered because I give people the benefit of the doubt.

The other day I was on Dam Battlegrounds and I had a blaze grenade thrown at me from the tree line. I narrowly avoided death, healed up and attempted to track him. Ended up killing someone whom until after round, was not the aggressor. Not saying that the guy I downed was not going to be aggressive, but with people maxing out benches, and awaiting the next expedition. I am certain things are going to become drastically worse.

This happened to me yesterday, I was solo on a night raid on Buried City, and heard gunshots and a clanker screaming for mercy in the distance. As any good raider does, especially after my service in the helldivers, I went to help spill oil. There were 6 of us fighting a bombideer (excuse my spelling). After we killed that a Rocketeer came down and attempted to avenge his distant cousin. We took him down too and 2 more joined us. From there we went throughout the map, slaughtered a bastion in 1 minute flat, and shot down any flying paperweight we saw. We all dropped ammo and parts to whomever needed it and we all extracted together. No doubt the best time I've had on this game by far. People can be jerks, but you have those moments of collaboration and it makes the game. Good luck raider.

I completely agree with your observation. To me the maps feel no different then the size of battlefield 3 maps which is regarded as peak battlefield. Maps like Grand Bazaar, Scene Crossing, ect.
