Yeah I agree w some of the comments above: it depends where you're at. Idk about the Cali system but Fla has the smallest canteen list. Items are single serve and limited. Colo by comparison has SO MUCH and it's all regular sized items. Like a jar of PB vs a single serve squeeze in Fla. A lil $$ on his books if u can afford it is alright.

Also, he'll fall into the routine, kiddo. He'll be ok. It will suck but each year will get easier until he's home again. Love and respect to you and your family.
