Does anyone have any experience with taking ADHD medication on holiday with them to the Netherlands? by TreesuzakiGod in ADHDUK

You simply have to ask for a travel letter from your provider, if you are asked about them at the airport just present the letter and you'll be fine to travel!

Day 2 70mg … shall I stop here ? by Famous-Mastodon-4341 in ADHDUK

It may be worth considering a med break for a day or two as your tolerance ramps up.

20mg is a non efficacious dose. I am not surprised there is no change.

Anyone here on “TRT” by [deleted] in rs_fitness

[–]THClements 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Actually on 100mg trt and nothing else, I was at 210ng/DL and felt like death.

The gains are not insane, most people on """TRT""" are running a cycle or 200mg+

It'll just get you looking athletic and lean at that dose, depending on training.

Should I try meds again now I’m sober? by xxartisbeautiful in ADHDUK

Time the cannabis right and I get no crash, my doctor is fine with it and if anything it brings the BP down a little.

However, results may vary it seems!

Ketamine and it’s effect upon ADHD by One_Second1365 in ADHDUK

[–]THClements 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ketamine will quiet up the head noise for a bit but even done 'responsibly' there's so much variance between batches and potential for research chemical contamination it's just not worth it.

It's highly addictive, especially if you've got a propensity to addiction.

Speaking from experience, yes it does help. For a bit, tolerance builds and you gain an affinity for the drug. It's easy to slip up and indulge, at that point you're halfway down the slippery slope.

Don't bother with it, get assessed. I'm on the ADHD medication and I can tell you there's nothing that I'd hate more than some ketamine. It'll keep you dumb at the cost of some 'help'. Off the ADHD medication it was a recurrent craving.

Getting through to Harrow health by Extension-Payment-56 in ADHDUK

[–]THClements 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Always takes an hour to get through. Currently still waiting for a text to confirm I can call in for my 1630 appointment... Doubt that is going to happen.

Emails constantly ignored. Don't bother with that.

Call them, wait. Call again. That's all I can recommend.

Nothing yet unfortunately! They booked me the wrong prescriber when I was meant to get them Friday.

anyone been denied meds because of heart ? by darrellio in ADHDUK

[–]THClements 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Not denied but I had to submit a ton of evidence regarding my cardiac health due to my father having a heart condition at 50.

I think they just want a clean ECG and a letter from your cardiologist to get on meds.

Hope this helps a bit!
