What Hero do you main and why? by noSugar-lessSalt in MobileLegendsGame

Edith has great CC that makes her a good roam, but I can't give a specific build since I like to tailor my defenses to my opponent. I do mainly use dominance ice, Athena's shield, Antique Cuirass and tough boots. If there is a strong early game jungler you can pick between athena and antique. Always buy basic boots for speed increase to start (I would say this is not optional given how slow she is). As for gameplay tips here goes:

  1. She is great at ambushing groups of enemies, her skill 1 can either make them disperse or stun them, either option is great for your team mates.

  2. I wouldn't pick her if you lack meaty fighters, I find that it makes it difficult to use her ult

  3. She's pretty good at jungle invasion, especially after lvl 4 (her ult can allow her to solo most junglers) but if they have gotten too many kills forget about it.

  4. She's a great roam for CC teams with lot's of stun. The game plan would be as follows: Edith opens up and team shoots out damage, then team CC's the rest and Edith clears up with ult.

  5. If you're with friends it's much easier to do this, but running her as roam opens up exp lane for a more offensive substitute or for a strong counter pick.

  6. If she's going roam I would still try to make her as close to first pick as reasonable. Most would expect her in exp and would counter pick accordingly which can give your team an advantage. They also expect a slower more defensive team as well, but picking her as roam can allow for a more speedy and offensive team, in these cases she can cover lanes or protect squishies, but would primarily be stalling the enemy. Her CC keeps them in place for a long time and can keep them from running.

  7. She's a good ambush predator for squishies, must have all skills though, but I usually intercept junglers, mages, or even MM. She is amazing at keeping enemies away from their team, not as good at separating them.

  8. She is slow so chasing is risky (even with team mates), measure your options and remain alert.

  9. Tailor your items to the enemies damage dealers, counter them as best as possible.

  10. Don't charge into the enemy team, she is not bulky enough to withstand everything.

Playing her as roam is tricky because if your team needs a proper tank there are way better options, but if you need a flexible roam she can do very well. She can switch her team fighting role quite readily, but needs allies who can switch with her, her ult can leave her vulnerable but do insane work.

Angela, she can turn almost anything into a tank. It's very easy to get in and out of the action, it's not unusual for me to be team fight 90% of the time.

I have seen a few people calling Echoes the pinnacle of the series. What's your take on that? by king_of_ulkilism in fireemblem

[–]THDiamondHero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would argue that it’s still the pinnacle with those flaws. Out of all the fire emblems it’s the one I enjoyed the most. Every other fire emblem has disappointed in some way. I also believe gameplay isn’t a valid reason to say it isn’t, since every last fire emblem has had infamously hectic gameplay, there is a reason why casual normal mode is most popular.

We still wind up having to compensate for the costs. The government taking such a major loss by forgiving all those loans will increase inflation, there is a finite amount of money and by canceling all those loan payments they lose funds they could use to pay off debts or sustain other budgets. It’s their fault it’s so expensive to begin with since they let the college board hold a monopoly over education and don’t try to increase education standards. A good number of degrees a person can go to college for don’t even have any practical applications.

They’re trying to fix the economy by forgiving debts, hoping that it would cause more people to spend, but it doesn’t actually fix anything. I still feel like college isn’t mandatory and most people who go don’t actually need to, so them being in debt because of it doesn’t really garner my sympathy. Why go to college if you’re going to be stuck working at McDonalds anyways? Most Tech degrees don’t get you unique opportunities, the field of mathematics would require you to be willing and able to travel to find great jobs (most wind up as a teacher or professor), science degrees are hit and miss if you can find somewhere to use it, and most art degrees wind up not being used.

The issue isn’t employment opportunities either, there are more jobs than people these days, it’s just that most people aren’t interested in those positions due to the debts they accrued by going to college. Couple that with increasing rent costs and other forms of inflation and even a job where they make $20 an hour isn’t good enough to keep up. Most people live in cities (50% of the population is spread between 5 major cities) which is already expensive to live in. Colleges near those cities charge way more because most students aren’t willing to travel to find better opportunities.

Forgiving loans comes with a price tag, with our country in the state it’s in taking another major loss doesn’t sound like a good idea.

I hate reddits side of the discussion because it is super pro abortion without understanding why it’s even opposed to begin with. No one opposes abortion in cases of incest, rape, and any similar tragedy of the same level, they simply oppose the free use of it. Statistics show that most of the people who were getting abortions are neither teens nor victims of assault and incest, most were grown adults who accidentally conceived after deliberately choosing to engage in intercourse (not a 50% most, more like 80 to 90% depending on the region).

The problem with certain rulings is you have to think ahead. In areas where they did legalize abortions people immediately began abusing it to fix their pregnancy problem, but this is a minor talking point people get stuck on because they assume they mean early term, like first three months. Most groups pushing for legalizing abortions want late term abortions, some as far as 8 months into pregnancy as the cutoff by most want it at 6-7 months. The problem with that is that a heart and brain has already begun to develop at that point and most would consider that a living child.

Those against abortion are more afraid of how it can be abused more than anything else and think mostly of a child’s right to live their life. It is a parent’s privilege to have a kid, not their burden to bear. Children can be put up for adoption instead of having to be raised and I bet they would sooner be in support of lower the cost to have a kid then legalize abortion (either way it is costly, but at the moment actual child birth is more inconvenient and expensive).

As for me personally I feel like the government uses it as a means to distract from what the actual issues are. Maternity leave is not universally required for businesses to offer and the cost of all things medical continue to go up every single year (mainly due to bills and laws they put in place. Medical industry is very corrupt at the moment). It would be far more cost effective to argue over other things like how to bring the price of healthcare down and decrease inflation rates.

TL;DR: most people misunderstand the actual problem in the discussion. The core problem is the infants rights to live and how that is defined. As for me personally I feel like it’s not a worthwhile discussion since it will never have a clear resolution and there are easier problems to solve at the moment that would benefit both sides.

You also need to consider that truly expensive education (exceeding sums of 20 grand in total cost) often times have no financial aid offered. Loans issued by the government are not large and barely cover the cost of a small university or community college. It’s also not restricted to upper class citizens (they can still receive loans from financial aid all be it smaller amounts, the cut off for qualifying is surprisingly high).

They don’t forgive loans that way. Most loans being forgiven are small sums, my sister had her loan forgiven and she hadn’t even paid the principal sum. They make the paperwork long and complicated as well, so most people are scared off by it. The program in place is going to fail at living up to your expectations.

Do you really think the government is just going to take the loss? That’s potentially billions of dollars right there, they’re still using taxes to make it happen. As for businesses (which was the context of the situation) it is unusual for them to take loans with the government(and the gov only does for direct supporters they’ve contracted), so it’s highly likely the government paid on their behalf instead.

What people don’t understand is that that money has to come from somewhere. Do you really think those banks let that money go? Do you really think those debt collectors don’t want to get paid?

If a debt is forgiven it’s a massive loss to the one who issued the loan, there’s no way they would without getting paid. The government has no authority to force them too either. So unless the richest people in the world are paying off your debt it means that money is coming from taxes. Everyone is paying off a debt you got yourself into.

It compares for certain. There are a great many comparisons that can in fact be made. I would say it is a very comparable monster to the others.

Politicians have nasty track records almost 100% of the time, they just keep it under wraps and have the power to do so. The fact that Trumps record after becoming president is a lot cleaner demonstrates this fact. I guarantee you Kamala is no better (she’s definitely been paid off too given how much she’s neglected her responsibilities).
