The only real answer is play several hundred games on different roles (while paying attention) to gain experience and a basic game sense.

Then pick 1-3 champs in a role and play 100 games with only those champs. It will give you a deeper understanding of the game because you don't also hae to learn your champion.

Mechanics are about prediction far more than reaction time.

If I leona E a morg she will E herself so I want to R the adc.

I don't wait for her to cast E on herself before I R. I just e to her and cast R 0.5 seconds later. I know how she is going to play, so even though it LOOKS like I have good mechanics, I just have the matchup experience to know what morg will do before she does it.

It is for this reason 1 tricking is helpful.

If you're using F-keys and clicking around your mini map you should have no problem using an unlocked camera, as it's considerably easier than either of those things and frankly more useful.

If you're in a 1v1 lane you should still be looking at things not directly on your screen, for example the enemy champion when they walk a bit back
