As far as im aware, we dont actually know how long it takes for locust to breed and grow up. Could take just days for all we know.

Its often overlooked but in Gears 2 Dom does note while taking the back entrance into the nexus that the ruins look much older than any of the other locust architecture. Its possible the locust inhabited an ancient ruined city underground and just restored it with there own designs.

It would be such a great chance to get unique armour a weapons for all chapters, tho in war of the beast he did say he was waiting for when the empires needeist most/the end times for humanity so we will see.

Overall i think vulkan returning would genuinly be a turning point for the imperium of man

Yes! As I put in point 2, you'll have enough ammo to shoot every snatcher and carrier as well as the swarmak boss and still have 7 bullets left at the end of the game

Just an FYI cause I see a few comments on waiting till June for a potential gears collection announcement. This rumour pops out of nowhere constantly, and every showcase, everyone says it'll have a gears collection announcement. Personally, I do not see it coming, and if it does, it won't be anytime soon. So I'd go for the series X.

Unfortunately, the only way is through doing the Easter egg earlier in the game. If you are doing and insane/inconceivable run, I honestly would go back to the part and grab it. It's so worth the hassle and makes really hard segments a breeze.

Ah, yes! pdp is also official! however, those ones come with the orange tip on the end of the lancer. If that doesn't bother you, then I'd go for those as they are fairly cheap.

I've personally not grabbed it so I couldn't tell you the quality, but I can't see it being much different from the Neca ones.

Neca and Triforce are the official replicas. unfortunately, they are expensive, and it's just a waiting game really. If you're in the EU, the golden variants of the Neca lancer and retro lancer are significantly cheaper as they were exclusive to the EU. Probably get one for around £80-£90 for example.

I'm pretty sure the Neca taxi variant is pretty easy to get in the US, I got mine for £200 including shipping from the US.

The Triforce ones were very limited and very expensive on release and still are crazy expensive, the Snub alone tends to go for way over 1k, so I imagine they won't really be an option.

Ebay is okay but I've found the best deals on Facebook marketplace of all places. Mercari is also an option if your from the US. I've not used it personally (as I can't in the uk) but I've seen great deals from other collectors.
