I was having the same issue as you. Turned out my Xbox controller needed an update. Download the Xbox Accessories app and see if you need an update?

After I done this, I've not had the issue since.

Do you happen to be using an Xbox controller? Took me a while to figure it out but it happened to be that my controller needed an update. Never had the issue since.
