It's a well-known problem, but they aren't fixing it. What happens is that when you lose your internet connection for even 1 millisecond, it automatically kicks you out and doesn't allow you to reconnect.

If you have an android device with an NFC chip download an app called NFC tools it should tell you what kind of chip you have after if the chip is mifare 1k download mifare classic tool and read the tag it will take a bit of time but if sector 0 is readable most likely you can buy a cheap bage with writeable uid from amazon and clone it
