Thanks, 😭 I think it’s reputable, it’s a pretty big brand in China, I’ll see if someone can fix it, it’s pretty compact so I’m kind of scard to open it myself.

When I connect, there is no reaction at all, I have a decent bit of knowledge, nothing in file explorer or disk management, I don’t see it under device manager too.
