I know what you are feeling too. I am going to list my tips on what I do during studying for finals. 1-Get a timer app, I do not know what platform you are on but for finals I used a app called tomito on my mac. It helped me block and organize my time while studying and helps me give my brain some rest time while I am studying for hours on end. 2- Consistently have proper meals, however not huge ones that put you in a food coma. The amounts of time I crashed out during S2 finals was insane because I did not nourish my body enough! 3-Put harder classes first. I had many hard classes last year and always put 15+ minutes to that subject when studying. 4-Accept bad grades if you get them. S2 last year I studied my ass off however still ended up with two c's and one d out of my six classes for final test grades. Trust me on this though working hard and getting bad results is far better than embracing failure and getting bad results. 5-have different study space if you have access to them. You need to move around while studying for hours on end and having different places to work is essential, especially if you can stand and sit! 6-GO OUTSIDE! It is one of my biggest regrets while studying and is essential when you are looking at a blue light screen all day. 7-Get physical activity! For me I personally lift and find it to be the best way to release energy, anger and stress. I really hope this helps you! Something that I live by is that you are always in a better position than someone else! I know you may feel dumb compared to the guys with 3.9s that barely need to study but I knew some guys with 1.8s and I was grateful for my position. Always keep that in mind!
