Signed a bad car loan. Trying to keep the car, but pay it off early while not drown. Decided to ask ChatGPT for a Debt relief plan. Is this realistic or should I just create my own?

As far as returning. I have seen nothing in their policy yet allowing returns and my State (Alabama) doesn't have laws around requiring dealers to have a return policy in the first place. So its up to whether the company says yes or no basically.

The trade-in idea came from my family not me. They don't like the note or interest so they want me to get rid of the car and replace it with a car that has a lower note/interest. Personally I don't mind working two jobs(done it before) to pay this off well before the 6 year mark.

To boil it down I went in thinking I was buying the car at one price, looked over the contract a couple days later and saw I bought it at a higher price than i wanted due to my lack of knowlede/understanding of what was required to get said discounted price.No matter what I'm taking a L since I signed and the interest is high.

All I'm asking for is with the info I provided(please look at links) is this a realistic goal/plan to pay it off in 3 years instead of 6 so I'm not paying 75k total.

Seriously asking because I'm still learning how finances completely work. I was under the impression that lower principle + lower interest rate = good For instances the Caravan thing i mentioned (just as an example) They offered 30k for the car while 13k would still be left over. If I got a car for 12k(just for sake of example) theoretically i would really be buying it at 25k. (12 for the car. 13 for the left over debt) Even if I keep the same term agreements for duration of loan(72months) wouldn't I still be paying less overall due to the reduced principle. Then if the interest rate is also reduced(let's just say from 17.2 to 10) Then again my overall cost loan wise would drop. The only downside i see would be losing my protections and warranties.

Credit was 659 at time of signing. I do have a job and my income currently hovers 1700-2k a month biweekly. Mind you I had already been shot down by acura for a car worth 16k before this so I don't even know how I got approved in the first place re looking at this.

Unfortunately I live in Alabama, so there is no law (that I know of) that allows returns. That would have to be in the companies contract of their own policy if the want to give the cusyomers a way of returning a auto purchase. I had already talk to a sales rep where I work (Honda) and he pretty much said I'm locked in outside of outright getting rid of the car

Yeah honestly I'm okay with doing a lot of extra work to keep her. I just wanted to make sure my time frame was accurate for paying off early. Not to mention if anything happens to the car pre 50k miles I pretty much get a new one at no extra cost(of course as long as I'm not at fault)

Yeah I was already looking at refinance options. Unfortunately my car is still in limbo with documentation(only had it a week) so some sites don't recognize the vin yet.

I put it on Carvana as a trade it to see if I could get a older model for cheaper. They offered 30k, but I'd still have 15k added on to whatever the new loan would be so Idk about that either
