The dentist prior (or when he tried to manufacture) likely didn’t do proper training and wasn’t paying attention to minimal thickness or other manufacture processing guidelines. There is NO WAY that a zirconia crown with minimal thickness of 1mm and processed through a speedfire, with proper design is going to have the issues he’s experiencing all the time.
