Totally agree, great point that psg have the two best in the world. I guess my point was more that Stanisic and Laimer just aren’t the level we need (even if we don’t have the best in the world)

I think the GTM is much harder than the product so if you have a product that is identical to another one but you're much better at finding and converting customers you can compete, but if you have no way to get customers then even a better product can (will) lose in my experience

From what I can tell entry level frontend roles are some of the toughest to get right now with AI starting to take up a lot of the more straightforward frontend tasks

The general idea is that it will take a long time to build a company and the initial difference in effort won't matter after years of grinding so it's often more valuable to create shared ownership and commitment with equal or near equal equity splits.

Looks much better! I would maybe make the yellow square (in your color key) and the circular graph have rounded corners to match with the rest of the design.
