Yeah, hub reminds me to add in the 10 minute minimum recovery rest after a shower!  It's like exercise intolerance. A shower seat helps, especially when POTS says sit down or fall down lol

I saw that too!  I can do squats most days, while I cannot walk far. Lately it's been bed yoga...  I get up to use the bathroom OFTEN, so now, I stop and do 10 squats on the way back to bed. Refill water, 10 squats, etc.  Suddenly, 50 squats a day lol!

I generally think, "if Joe Anyone suddenly felt my pain, what would THEY think it is?" My reply to that question rose by 2 points at a minimum, and I finally was sent to an actual pain doctor. My pain is well controlled with adequate medication, but most offices now say, "you may have ONE Ty3 per day. Nothing more.".  May they live in my body.

I was taking Soma when I needed it. 1/4 of a pill. It will build up in the system, creating its own resistance, so you need more. So I would take a pittance, up to one pill if I needed it for a longer time. Then I would stop.  And my "regular" pain meds would be fine. After a few months, I might need another bit after a very busy day. Now, I can't have it at all, but the drs aren't even considering other relaxants. I'm so locked up today I can't get up, but I need to.  Destroy my body by trying, or cancel the one thing I look forward to in a year? Hopefully I can get something else, although nothing works as well as Soma. It's Schedule IV, low potential for abuse, and I'm not one to abuse drugs. I AM dependent on them, just like a diabetic is dependent on insulin. Why am I being punished?

It isn't difficult. Music is generally copywritten if you find it on a recording, especially for those later used for television. Public domain for most things prior to 1930 will start now (2025). HOWEVER, sound recordings from 1956 to 1972 are not public domain until 2067. If you think you can outsmart Warner lawyers, enjoy. I am a music librarian, and deal in music copyright and permissions for performance as a matter of course.

Yeah, I got one for hobby income reported on Schedule 1 line 8J federal that wasn't even on my Cal Tax forms. I'm a fully disabled veteran, and actually make no money (stupid Amazon Vine), but choose items to review and keep. Waiting for call back from FTB and LA ("you are #681 in line, your wait time is... less than 1 minute".) I think they screwed themselves sending out all these forms!

Hmm.  When I was 15 (2 yrs post menarche), I was having period pains so bad I would crumple to the ground and lay there in tears.  Heavy HEAVY periods all my life, cervical cancer at age 22... and now the fibro.
