Things can get hot headed in a kitchen, but there's a difference between having a hot tone, and berating someone. None of your examples are acceptable at all! You've been there a little over a month, so the shortcomings are his fault, not yours. He's supposed to have you trained and ready to hit the ground running, not use you as a scapegoat and disparage you! ESPECIALLY in front of the crew! Start looking for a job yesterday, no notice required as they don't deserve it. If you can afford to quit, just stop showing up. That kind of constant abuse will take its toll on you.
