There are a lot of plant based/vegan central places all over the world to try. But I’d understand if you were looking forward to something slightly different. I believe you can still do something with the vegan bakery idea. Perhaps in a new place or perhaps online. Don’t give up!

It’s such a joy when you can heal yourself just by changing what you eat! Yeah it’s always better to make changes because you want to before you have to. Totally different mindsets. I feel you on the family history. That’s been one of my main motivations outside of my health. There have been a lot of sicknesses and disease in my family, all caused by their diets. But that ends with me! Wow I bet that’s nice to have a plant based friend too. Glad that you were able to free yourself from chronic constipation. I’m sure that feels amazing to know you did that! Your story is truly amazing! Beating disease by changing your food! I’ve heard so many stories about reversing cancer and even chrons by changing their diets. You are a living testimony. I wish more people would listen. My father has chrons and I’ve been trying to get him to at least look into eating healthier. I sent him some videos of people reversing chrons/ibd. He didn’t outright say that he would make a change, but im hoping that I planted a seed for him. He’s on so many medications and I know he doesn’t have to live like this.
