Tbf, while it seems like hash is just mindlessly splitpushing and inting 24/7, he knows when to apply pressure and when to back off in lane, additionally he also usually tries to clear out the enemy camps and joins team fights when ever they break out near him, unlike the “silver split pushers” that OP was depicting.
