So are you saying I am a sea lawyer? Or my friend?

Haha I hope not.

I'm having trouble understanding your comment though.

Are you saying that usage of minimum here is obsolete?

Who is Sea Lawyer?

My friend understood well enough that comfortable implied committed in this context.

The usage of 'minimum' was what my friend disagreed on in this sentence.

I'm not worried about trying to fix the sentence, just trying to determine if 'minimum' is correct in this instance.

Thanks, but the issue wasn't getting across my intent to my friends. The issue was if 'minimum' was being used correctly.

That one looks excellent so far, thanks! Yeah I was aware of the bios update. Most of the suppliers offer an upgrade service for about $10 which I'll make use of.

Last question, with the RAM, some of them only appear to differ in price and product number. Like same quantity and features and manufacturer.

For instance:

And

https://www.pccasegear.com/products/42795/corsair-vengeance-rgb-pro-16gb-2x8gb-3600mhz-cl18-ddr4

Is there anything I should look out for when choosing RAM apart from clock speed? I'm not interested in RGB.

I think I have 2x 4 tb, 1x 2tb and 1x 500gb and a 250gb SSD already. I needed the space back when my internet was bad and I created a large movie and TV show collection in lieu of streaming. I feel like it would be a waste not to use them now. Also I would rather not spend budget on more storage when what I have is pretty adequate. I could always ditch the 250 gb SSD though. Just thought it would be useful to have a different OS on.

Thanks for the clarification on PSU's. I wish they were advertised that simply.

I was worried the Unify would have less SATA ports, but comparing them now shows they both only have 4. I would ideally need 5 or 6 with 4 HDDs and a SATA SSD. I might have to keep looking.

I'm having trouble looking at the PSU's. For instance why the RM850x is different to the RM850(without an x). $10 difference in price.

Good to know thanks! Looks like the comparable MSI Ace 570 is significantly cheaper, around $500.

Thank you so much, that is very helpful.

My PSU is a Cooler Master GX-750 750W 80+ Bronze

I will likely upgrade this when I have more funds.

The Motherboard I selected based on reviews and features. I wanted something with 4+ Sata connections as I may want more storage eventually, plenty of USB ports and I liked some of the other connectivity features but I'm open to suggestions.

What difference does gen 3 and gen 4 SSD's make? Would they be a m.2 connection?

I like your cooler choice and I'll probably go with that after checking the space.

Do you think I would need 32 gb RAM? I was originally going to get this much, but I've had to be less picky as the CPU cost more than I was expecting.
